To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Mule Car Smokehouse BBQ shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In-Restaurant Purchases

All in-restaurant food and beverage purchases are final. Refunds are generally not provided once food has been prepared or served.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify a team member at the time of your visit so we can address the concern promptly.

Catering Orders

Catering orders involve advance preparation and ingredient planning.

  • Catering requests submitted through our website are not confirmed orders until approved by Mule Car Smokehouse BBQ.

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility for confirmed catering orders will be determined based on timing, preparation status, and the specifics of the order.

  • Refunds, if approved, may be partial or full at our discretion.

We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if changes or cancellations are needed.

Online Ordering & Delivery (DoorDash)

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those platforms.

Mule Car Smokehouse BBQ does not process refunds for third-party orders. Any issues related to delivery, payment, or refunds must be addressed directly with the third-party service provider.

Quality Concerns

If you experience a quality issue with your order, please contact us promptly with details of the issue. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.
